This is a wonderful way to cook dove breasts. You can debone the breasts if you like, but I don’t. I’ve also found that thicker sliced Bacon is better to use than thinly sliced Bacon. I use regular flavored Bacon, but you might like to use black pepper Bacon, apple-smoked Bacon, or maple Bacon.
