As a kid, I never really enjoyed grilled cheese sandwiches. I am not sure what it was, but I would always ask to eat something else when my parents wanted to make them.
But, it is hard to pass up a grilled cheese with BACON! I even stepped it up a notch. and I grilled the sandwich RIGHT in the Bacon fat. ohemmmgoodness
There is nothing but awesomeness in here.
This recipe uses mozzarella cheese and mushrooms, but can easily be personalized with your favorite ingredients!!
