My kids ask for a quesadilla almost daily, so I've really mastered my skills. It's all about heating them in a skillet with a little butter (no microwave allowed) and when you throw in pizza ingredients, it's a crowd-pleaser for kids AND all my friends.
Throw in lots of hickory smoked Bacon and it's become the BEST party appetizer yet!
Note: I said LOTS of Bacon- so, feel free to add more Bacon!
