With, Beecher's cheese! It doesn’t matter what it is – if I throw Bacon or cheese in the recipe, you guys come running faster than the locals here at the new Krispy Kreme when the hot light goes on. I’m okay with that. There’s nothing so indulgent that makes you say “sweet baby Jesus” as the combination of Bacon and cheese. And I totally enjoy having my eyes roll back in my head, bite after glorious bite.
In this recipe, I wrapped Bacon around tender morsels of pork tenderloin, seared them off in a cast iron skillet with gads of garlic cloves, and then roasted them off with a topping of Beecher’s Marco Polo Cheese – a blend of creamy, cheesy goodness with bits of peppercorn.
