Who doesn’t like party food for dinner? We not only had fun eating these, but it was fun putting them together, too. Dinner was on the table in less than half an hour, which doesn’t happen that often in our house!
These appetizer bites are similar to Bacon and blue cheese jalapeno poppers except I left out the cheese. I thought about adding it in, but you don’t really need cheese here. BBQ sauce provides tangy, sweet and smoky flavors along with the heat of the jalapeno.
