Why? Because even dessert should have Bacon! I was going to just dip some Bacon in chocolate but decided to do one better. Here you end up with Chocolate Bacon Brownies which can easily be converted to a cake. The process for this for me was a little long because instead of traditionally cooking the Bacon, I baked it in 100% Pure Maple Syrup to try and really give it that sweetness to pair well with the saltiness of the Bacon. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did, especially since I ate about 8 of them.
