If you're going to cover "anything" in chocolate, it should be Bacon!
If you’re thinking it sounds a little odd, trust me – it’s delightful. This chocolate bark honors the tradition of snacks that are both salty and sweet: kettle corn, Reese’s cups, chocolate chip cookies…. you know, better… because it has Bacon in it. Any recipe that starts out with frying up Bacon is alright with me.
