Today is National Souffle Day! I am so happy it falls on a Sunday so I can take my time and make this awesome recipe! I mean, who can have a souffle without Bacon? The soufflé recipe contains salty Bacon- beautifully offsetting the creamy, nutty Gruyère cheese.
