aka Grilled Bacon. Yes, I said it, grilled Bacon! It's my new preferred way of making Bacon, because I don't have the aroma of Bacon in my bedroom for a week after making it, like I do when I cook Bacon in the oven or on the stove top. Bacon smells amazing, but the smell of it can be a bit overwhelming when you're trying to fall asleep (cause, of course, you want to get up and eat). I promise you that there is no better way to start off your day, than to indulge in perfectly charred Bacon, which has slowly become crispy over the flames of a grill. Make sure to wear an apron though; I think I managed to get more mopping sauce on me than I did on the Bacon. The mess was well worth it though, because this Bacon was FREAKING AMAZING!
NOTE - This recipe is not for those who are afraid of grill flames. Bacon has grease in it, which means there are going to be some flames and small fires involved in the cooking process.
