There is a common issue when wrapping items in Bacon, the Bacon never gets crispy enough on both sides! The solution is simple. Roast the Bacon on a rack in the oven at 400 degrees first, just until both sides begin to brown but are not crisp. The goal is to have a par-cooked piece of flexible bacon that’s easy to wrap but isn’t raw.
