Today is National Chocolate Covered Nuts Day, but you know we can do better than that! So, we present to you a Deep Fried Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Wrapped in Bacon. You're welcome:)
QUICK RECIPE:
Reese’s Cups
Sliced bacon
1 egg
1tbsp oil
1c milk
1c+2tbsp flour
Oil
Wrap one slice of bacon around one Reese's cup. Chill Bacon Wrapped Reese’s in freezer. Mix eggs, oil, and milk, then beat in flour. Chill batter in refrigerator. Heat oil to 375ºF; at just over 350ºF, begin dipping the first bacon wrapped cup in the batter, then place in the oil. Fry to dark golden brown on both sides and remove. Repeat for each cup.
