So, let's make some Bacon Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies! This may sound strange but bacon and chocolate are meant for each other. I had a conversation with a friend of mine who loves both chocolate and Bacon and craved a Bacon donut. This sparked an idea to research this. But donuts have a very short shelf life like that of french fries. So I did some research on cookies and Bacon. There were plenty of recipes so I took a regular cookie recipe and added Bacon to it. These need milk with them so beware you will fall in love.
