I've been curious about this recent trend of incorporating Bacon into desserts, so I figured it's now or never. Oh, and I admit, I've been looking for an excuse to bake with Bacon so that I could use the adorable pig sprinkles that I recently found! That might be the real reason for the inclusion of the Bacon. Or maybe it is because I am a Bacon Addict!
