Dry Cured Hickory Smoked Peppered Country Bacon starts with the most select slabs of bacon. The slabs are rubbed with sugar cure and coated in pepper. They are then aged for flavor and slow-smoked over natural wood chip. This extra pepper really enhances the bacon, without overwhelming our Original award winning flavor.
Slabs are hand trimmed and cut 6-8 slices per inch (most store bought bacon is much thinner). Center cut slices are vacuum packaged in a one pound size. Unopened packages of bacon store for months in the freezer so stock up and save. INCLUDES 4 x 1LB PACKAGES.
